On Wednesday, August 3rd GEM received the following email from the company that has hosted GEM's website since 2004.
"On Tuesday, August 2nd the server from which you are hosted had catastrophic primary and secondary hard drive failure. Unfortunately it has been determined that not only were active sites and server based email lost but all backups for restore and recovery. At this time it appears that complete site rebuild is the only option."
It has taken us awhile to recover from this. We are now making progress in stages, but the full capacity of what we had offered will still take us some time. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we move forward from this recent setback. Check in with us often.
